Clermont Counseling Center's responsibilities in your treatment include the following:

Case Managers will meet and work with you in your home, office, at work, school or in any other place that you are comfortable.

Case Managers will help you develop a rehabilitation plan so you can achieve whatever role you wish through housing supports and subsidies, vocational services and/or other programs.

Case Managers, Therapists and Psychiatrists provide treatment to reduce symptoms and related distress through diagnostic assessment, readiness assessment, individual and group therapy, medication management linkage and referrals to hospitals and crisis intervention.

We will not treat you any differently than we treat anyone else. We will not discriminate against you on the basis of age, color, creed, ethnicity, national origin, marital status, gender, sexual orientation, handicap, religion or health status.

We will respect, honor and safeguard your rights.

We will be ethical and professional and will treat you with respect. If we cannot fully meet your needs, then we will help link you to another agency and provider.
