Family to Family
There is a place for families to go, for education and support, a place to share and grow, a place to learn.”

There are two components to “Family to Family” – an educational element and a support group element. Together they provide maximum benefit to the family member and families are strongly encouraged to take advantage of both.
The “Family to Family” Education Program is a 12-week course for families of individuals with major mental illness. The emphasis is on clinical treatment and teaching the knowledge and skills that family members need to cope more effectively with the ill family member.

The “Family to Family Support Group Program” provides family members with an opportunity to reinforce coping skills, seek emotional support and practical help from other families.
